Just a quick update, I have am down 12lbs!
I feel great! I am waking up earlier with more energy everyday. Exercise and of course eating well, has me back into my old jeans. So I went and bought new ones!
A new pair of jeans can make anyone feel HOT!
I have 3lbs to go until April 30th, and I still need to add 5lbs of muscle. I am happy with the weight loss however I lost so much muscle, that I need to work to add it back, then I will have a healthy body!!
