Detoxing and St. Patrick's Day!

I completed my detoxification plan, I drank lemon water with a tablespoon of real Canadian maple syrup with a dash cayenne pepper for 3 days, on fourth day, I intended to add only green vegetables to my diet, however that didn't happen.
My family was invited to an annual St. Patrick's Day Dinner and off we went. Now how could I pass up homemade cabbage rolls? My friends Mother labors in the kitchen for hours preparing her famous cabbage rolls only for special occasions such as this. As well for dinner, was Irish Stew, sourdough bread, and more. You would have to insane to decline such as feast.
And isn't that was life is all about, great company enjoying a real homemade feast, celebrating a great holiday and keeping tradition alive? I'd say so.

Well I fell off my detox plan, but the very next day, I was right back on that horse.
Instead of freshly squeezed lemons, I am eating as protein with as many vegetables I want.
I am making my green smoothie in the morning and off I go!
I am considering making every Wednesday a day off from food and only drinking my lemon water thru-out the day. Anybody want to try it with me? I think it would be good for all of us.

My next step is planning a small herb garden for my backyard. I am wondering where it is going fit!
