Sunday is typically the long run training day for runners. Many of these runs can and will use many nutrients from the muscles, fat stores and minerals from the bones in order to finish the long run.
The endophorins kick in at the half way point in your long run and keep you going however the body still requires energy from the body to finish. Replenish your body with this smoothie.
1/2 C of water
1/2 C of pomengrante juice
1 scoop of hemp protein
1 banana
1/2 C of chopped mango
1 small scoop of greens +
.5gram of powered vitamin C
2 tablespoons of organic coconut oil
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!!
