Soy: It’s not what you’ve been told to think

Soy good or bad for you?

There is definitely lots of misunderstanding regarding our food products.
We have real food grown in organic soil.
We have real food grown in artificially enriched soil
We have food that looks, feels, taste real, grown in both organic and artificially enriched soil.
Depending on the seeds used, the soil, the pest management and waste systems used producing our crops, these are only some factors on the nutritional quality of food.
All food grown in a factory has many calories containing the macronutrients but zero of the nutrition the body requires.
Here is an article on Soy, a crop grown and harvested, you decide whether this is a food product that is healthy for you, your infant, your growing children or the athlete in your home.
My thoughts, buy food as close as you can to it's natural state in a region in which growth prospers.
