Down 5lbs!

I feel amazing today! I started changing and re-adjusting my lifestyle habits Feb.1, 2011 and I am down 5lbs. I have lost 2.5 inches off my waist and still going!
I will fit into my beloved jeans soon. We all deserve to look great in our favorite jeans!
I haven't had a glass of red wine since last week and I can keep going. I also, don't feel like I am making changes that will be challenging to keep up. I am still enjoying my life with family & friends and don't feel deprived at all.
I am eliminating sources of negativity, much like cleaning out the pantry. Lightness of being! After all, February is National Heart Month. Research has proven woman suffer and die of heart disease more than any other disease, your heart and our emotions are directly linked. Even if, you eat well and exercise daily, if you are holding on to negativity and anger, that stress causes more heart complications than a bad diet!

Spring is in the air, and here comes Maple Syrup Season!!
