Weigh in Day

All I can say is last week's hard work paid off this week, I am 2lbs down. Good news I am heading in the right direction.
I believe it is much more beneficial to weigh in only once a week. As woman typical will fluctuate day by day within in a pound or so. Hormonally there is a certain time of month for each individual woman you can retain as much as 5 lbs which can be devasting to us.
If I continue to lose 2 lbs per week I will shed 16lbs by the March Break which is 6 weeks before my goal.

Would that be awesome?!
